Scholarships & Awards Sponsorship

If you have ever wanted to award a scholarship or award to an HBCU student without the hassle of a long term contract/commitment, The A.L. Harper Foundation would love to collaborate with you to develop a unique award that aligns with your philanthropic objectives to benefit Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Listed below are some examples:

  • General Scholarship Fund

  • Field of Study

  • Books & Technology Support

  • Classification

  • Specific HBCU

  • Meal Plan

  • In Memory or In Honor Of

All awards will be publicly recognized for the support received from you or your organization. Please note that these funds are not a separate endowment established for you by The A.L. Harper Foundation; they are donations designated to sponsor the specified award category in the application. The Foundation retains the right to review each application as they do with their general scholarships to ensure that all criteria set by both you as the sponsor and the Foundation are met. The Foundation cross-checks information provided by applicants/students with their respective college or university. Any false information provided will result in automatic disqualification of the applicant/student.
