The A.L. Harper Foundation awards scholarships based on a comprehensive review process. The review committee will assess academic performance (2.5 GPA or greater), written essay and financial need. Applicants must be enrolled in a Historically Black College or University in the USA. Awards are given without regard to race, sex, religion, age, national origin, or sexual orientation.
